Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Westline Windows ("Westline Windows," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit www.westlinewindows.com (the "Site"), contact us, or book a consultation. We are a wholesale supplier of European-style windows and doors, with our main office in Irvine, California and a second office in Las Vegas, Nevada. We work mainly with dealers, builders, architects and homeowners.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@westlinewindows.com or (888) 759-8459.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site (such as our contact, request-a-quote or call-back forms), chat with us, email us or call us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your company name and project location
- the products or services you are interested in
- details about your project and any message, plans or files you send us
- your role (for example dealer, builder, architect or homeowner) and your project timeline
Live chat. If you use the chat on the Site, your messages are answered by an AI assistant. To write its replies, the text of your conversation and the page you were on are sent to Anthropic, PBC, our AI provider, through our chat service hosted on Webflow Cloud. Anthropic processes this information on our behalf to provide the service and may process it on servers in the United States. You can read Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/legal/privacy. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. AI replies can be incomplete or wrong, so our team confirms product, performance and pricing details. When you give us your details (your name, email address, phone number, role, project location and timeline), the chat sends them to us as a form submission through Webflow, our form processor. If you have given your name and an email address or phone number, the chat also sends these details when you close the chat or leave the page, so our team can follow up. The HubSpot tracking code may record chat submissions in our HubSpot account so our team can reply and follow up. To prevent abuse, our chat service keeps short-lived request counts linked to a one-way hashed version of your IP address. The chat itself does not set cookies or store your answers in your browser. If the AI assistant is unavailable, the chat asks a few set questions instead.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers automatically receive certain technical information. This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent spam and abuse. We also use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how visitors use the Site (see "Analytics" and "HubSpot" below). See our Cookie Policy for details.
Information from business contacts. We may also receive business contact information from customers, dealers, suppliers and partners in the normal course of business.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details or health information) through the Site, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiries, chats and requests for quotes, consultations or call-backs
- keep a record of our conversations and business relationship with you in our CRM (HubSpot)
- provide product information, pricing, specifications and support
- process and fulfill orders and manage our business relationship with you
- operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site
- understand how visitors find and use the Site, using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We may send you follow-up communications about your inquiry or project. If we send marketing emails, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Google Ads) to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. Under California law this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices" below).
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers that process information on our behalf, such as our website host and form processor (Webflow), our security and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare), our website analytics provider (Google Analytics), our CRM and live chat provider (HubSpot), our AI chat provider (Anthropic), and our email provider (Microsoft 365). These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Manufacturers, suppliers and shipping partners when needed to prepare a quote or fulfill an order you have requested.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of others.
- A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Webflow. Form submissions are processed and stored by Webflow and delivered to us by email. Our forms use Cloudflare's bot-protection service to help prevent spam. Some fonts on the Site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. The Site also contains links to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. When you visit the Site, Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga and _ga_CH73ZSC0S0) and similar technologies to collect information such as:
- the pages you view and how long you stay
- your device type, operating system, browser and screen size
- your approximate location (such as country, region and city), estimated from your IP address
- the website or link that referred you to the Site
- how you interact with the Site, such as clicks, scrolls, file downloads and form submissions
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; Google uses your IP address to estimate your general location and then discards it. The information is reported to us in aggregate form and helps us see which pages are useful and where the Site can be improved. Google processes this information on our behalf and may process it on servers in the United States and other countries. We do not sell this information. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy. To stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for details.
HubSpot. We use HubSpot, provided by HubSpot, Inc., as our customer relationship management (CRM) system and live chat provider. The HubSpot tracking code on the Site uses cookies (such as hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc) to record the pages you visit and your visits over time. It also records form submissions on the Site. If you submit a form or chat with us and give us your email address, HubSpot links your visits and messages to your contact record so we can follow up on your inquiry with the right context. Chat uses the messagesUtk cookie to recognize returning chat visitors. HubSpot processes this information on our behalf and may process it on servers in the United States and other countries. You can learn more in HubSpot's Privacy Policy. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and how long they last.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. That includes responding to your inquiry, maintaining our business relationship and meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are generally deleted when they are no longer needed. When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), may give you the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to know: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, see "Your choices" below.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require offering this right.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Categories of personal information we collect. In the past 12 months we may have collected:
- identifiers (such as your name, email address, phone number and IP address)
- professional or commercial information (such as your company, project details and products of interest)
- internet or network activity (such as basic technical and security information about your visit, the pages you view, how you interact with the Site, the website that referred you, and your chat messages)
- approximate geolocation (such as the country, region or city estimated from your IP address)
We collect this information from you directly (including through forms and chat), from your device (including through cookies, Google Analytics and HubSpot), and from business contacts. We use it for the purposes described above. We disclose it for business purposes only to the categories of recipients listed in "How we share your information."
How to make a request. Email support@westlinewindows.com or call (888) 759-8459. We will need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. We will respond within the time required by law.
Nevada residents
Nevada law (NRS 603A) lets Nevada consumers ask us not to sell certain covered information that we collect about them online. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. If you would like to submit an opt-out request anyway, email support@westlinewindows.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request," and we will record your request.
International visitors
We are based in the United States and supply customers in the US and internationally. If you visit the Site or contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws there may differ from those in your country. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to its processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond in line with applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Advertising and campaign measurement
When you arrive on the Site from an ad or a tracked link, we record the campaign details in the link (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, and click IDs such as Google's gclid and Meta's fbclid), the first page you landed on, the referring website and the date of your first visit. If you later submit a form, these details are sent with your inquiry and stored in our CRM (HubSpot) so we know which campaigns bring us customers. We also use the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag to record actions like submitting a form or tapping our phone number, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view and these actions, and they use it under their own privacy policies (Meta's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy).
Measuring ad results: If you submit a form after clicking one of our ads, we may share the ad-click identifier (such as Google's gclid) and a hashed (scrambled, one-way coded) version of your email address with Google, so we can see which ads lead to inquiries. This uses the details you send us in the form, not cookies, so it can happen even if you did not accept cookies. Google uses this information to measure how our ads perform. To opt out, email support@westlinewindows.com or call (888) 759-8459.
Your choices: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag only run after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can change your choice or opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at any time by clicking "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Cookie settings" in the footer of the Site, or by emailing support@westlinewindows.com. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics storage also stays off until you accept. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice.
